First, in order to have the life you desire you must first think about what you want, then visualize it. Picture what a perfect day would look like, down to every detail. Write it down so you can read it daily. Visualize it every day before you go to sleep. Create a vision board of everything you want your life to be by using a collage of pictures of things you want to manifest. Look at it every day, add to it when you think of something else you want. Visualization is key.
Choose an intention. What do you want? What would you like to manifest? For now choose just one thing. You can do this manifestation process as much as you like, but every time you do it choose just one thing to focus on.
You don t have to lie down in order to do meditation. It is because the sense of seeing greatly consumes the energy which in turn takes away the sense of focus. In other techniques, there are also open-eyed meditations. However, the efficacy of those may be lower compared to closed-eyed meditations. The goal is to clear your mind of your surroundings and the every day noises in your head.
This is another important factor when meditating. While holding those tensions in your mind and body, breathe deeply and then hold for about 5 seconds. Then let go of everything at once. Feel the sensations while your tensions are being released.
2. Heaviness/Warmth this is done by feeling your legs and feet getting heavier and warmer by the second. Imagine that it’s like wearing lead boots.
3. Meditation posture. Today we can find a comfortable spot on a mat sitting cross legged, backs straight, with both hands resting on our knees. We can also lay back in bed and meditate before going to sleep or right when we wake up. Starting the day off with a gratitude mediation is the perfect way to start your day.

Every individual should learn how to become aware of it, and accept that meditation is great for not only relieving stress, clearing us of blocks, but also manifesting the life we desire.
One form of meditation which is very effective in dealing with problems and difficult situations in life is known as mindfulness mediation or insight meditation.

Make meditation a part of your daily routine. We have to eat healthy and exercise to keep our body fit and running at optimal capacity. Yet, we don’t think about doing the same for our minds. Our minds get so bogged down with stress from the every day minutia of work, running a household, taking care of our families, making sure everyone and everything is taken care of that we fail to take care of the most important part of our being. Repeat these words often, that which I seek is seeking me. I let go of how it will come to me and I focus on my heart’s desire. My higher self within me knows how to make it happen so I just relax and let go. Everything that’s necessary for the fulfillment of my desires is lovingly and harmoniously drawn to me.
